Since 1998, Virtual Solutions, Inc., the virtual workforce company, has been providing strategic data capture solutions for government and corporate clients worldwide. Our vCapture remote data entry service helps organizations lessen the volume of work being keyed by temporary workers or service bureaus. Utilizing a combination of virtual keyers and proprietary software, any organization that holds data on citizens, customers, suppliers, employees or distribution networks will benefit from the operational control and cost savings achieved with vCapture.

Robert J. Robinson
Chairman, President & CEO
Robert J. Robinson founded Virtual Solutions in 1996. Mr. Robinson brings more than 15 years of experience in developing product concepts and implementing strategic partnerships. Prior to founding Virtual Solutions, Mr. Robinson was a Director of Engineering at Captiva Software Corporation (formerly Wheb Systems, Inc.). He also managed software development groups at Mitchell International and Scientific Atlanta.
Daniel Spector
Vice President, Research & Development
Daniel Spector is responsible for directing research and development at Virtual Solutions. He takes a leading role in establishing the direction of the company's portfolio of products and technologies and in creating the next generation of offerings to support the company's vision. Mr. Spector joined Virtual Solutions in 2001 and holds a degree in Computer Science from Princeton University.
Barbara Kotlyar
Director of Sales & Marketing
Barbara Kotlyar is responsible for directing sales and marketing efforts at Virtual Solutions. She oversees public relations, partner alliances, advertising, inside sales and brand management. Ms. Kotlyar has a variety of marketing and sales experience in the technology and service industry, most recently as the North American Marketing Manager for Board USA. Ms. Kotlyar joined Virtual Solutions in 2008 and holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Mark Mann
Integration Services Manager
Mark Mann oversees all the integration efforts with Virtual Solutions partners. Mr. Mann began his career at Virtual Solutions in software development before starting his role as an Integration Engineer, servicing Virtual Solutions clients nationwide. Mr. Mann joined Virtual Solutions in 2005 and holds a degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
