vCapture is deployed as a module into third-party document processing software. Installation and integration is straightforward and in many cases requires almost no configuration.

Preconfigured integration modules are available for a variety of document processing software platforms and several integration options exist for systems developed and supported by in-house IT departments.

The vCapture remote data entry service is configured to run after automated recognition and before traditional data completion or verification steps. The data, minus exceptions, will have been perfected by the time it returns from the vCapture service using dual source verification to ensure 99.9% accuracy.

vCapture leverages existing investments in document processing software and automated recognition by utilizing the best parts of existing software to speed data entry turnaround and provide the best value in data entry.

vCapture is easily incorporated to your current workflow and tightly integrates with a wide variety of data capture software programs. vCapture can support KFI (key from image) and work in conjunction with OCR/ICR thresholds.

vCapture Architecture All vCapture servers sit behind the firewall. Primary vCapture Server communicates with vCapture Module and optional vCapture Process Servers. Single outbound connection always initiated by vCapture Server on port 443. All communication is over SSL with encrypted server password authentication. Remote Data Entry Service in the cloud beyond network firewall handles only secure snippets.

vCapture Reporting Integrators and Supervisors can access vCapture Reporting from anywhere at www.vcapture.com No information is stored remotely at the reporting website. All reporting is live and the secure, read-only data is pushed from the vCapture server only upon request.
