Step 1. Setup your account with an email and password
Go to our Sign Up page and enter a valid email address and a password.

Step 2. Receive a confirmation email and download the software
We’ll send you a confirmation email within minutes with a link to download the vcapture desktop software, giving you access to our remote data entry service.
Follow the link in the email, read the terms of service, and accept to download the software.
Step 3. Install the software
Once vcapture desktop is downloaded, run the vcapture desktop setup program to install the software. Follow the installer instructions and when the installer is done, vcapture desktop launches.
Step 4. Log in and begin your free trial
When vcapture desktop starts up, a log in screen appears. Enter the email address and password you used to sign up, and then begin your free trial!
